Jake & Grace met as teeny little 7th graders in 2016. Throughout their 7th grade year, Jake & Grace hung out with the same group of friends & crossed paths often. In June of 2016, Jake asked Grace to be his girlfriend (So so brave for a 13 year old.)

Jake & Grace spent the rest of junior high & high school simply growing up together. Together, Jake & Grace went to school dances, learned to drive, attended running start, quarantined, & supported each other through allllll the phases of growing up. The two were quite literally attached at the hip. Not only was the spark so so strong, but the two shared a genuine, passionate friendship with each other. Everything was just so easy.

Post high-school, Grace & Jake built a tiny house on Jake’s parent’s property. Together, they have one dog (Max) and one cat (Hunt). The two both have full time jobs & felt like the natural next step was to make it all official (after 8 years of growth, love, excitement & commitment.)

On an anniversary trip to Grace’s favorite place, the Oregon Coast, Jake popped the question! He’d been planning & keeping this a secret for so long. It was the most beautiful, perfect proposal & the easiest question Grace has ever answered.

The two are SO excited to continue their story & celebrate their love with all of you as they move into this new chapter of life.
